First year PhD students 2025-2026

  • Set up your CSI before February 2026
  • Before 30 June, submit your CSI report on the SYGAL application
  • Complete your activity report on the SYGAL application

Second year PhD students  2025-2026

  • You must, before June 15, have submitted your CSI report on the SYGAL application so that we can authorize your re-registration
  • You must complete your activity report on the SYGAL application June

Third year PhD students 2025-2026

  • You are a PhD student in the final year of your thesis and you will defend your thesis before December 31, 2026: fill in your thesis jury proposal on SYGAL as soon as possible.
  • If you are a PhD student in the final year of your thesis and you wish to request an additional year of thesis to defend in 2027: see the derogatory registration page.
