  • See the Campus France website (under ‘Doctoral Opportunities’, then select Normandy in the menu and your doctoral specialisation).
  • NEAC Industry is offering a CIFRE doctoral fellowship. The thesis topic is “Development of a Predictive Control System Using Deep Reinforcement Learning for Application to River Navigation.” Interested candidates must apply following the specified procedure by the deadline in October 2026. For Candidates

  1. Browse the Campus France web site (link on the left)
  2. Contact the supervisor indicated in the offer, respecting the deadline given there
  3. The application must include at least the following documents:
    1. a curriculum vitae
    2. a letter of motivation from the applicant
    3. results and rankings or ranking certificates obtained from the L3, M1 and M2 course managers (or equivalent for engineering courses).
  4. Once the application has been submitted, certain candidates will be selected for interview.
