Financial support for doctoral students (professional project, mobility, etc.)

A substantial part of the ED MIIS budget is used to enable its doctoral students, as part of their professional project, to benefit from national or international mobility support.

This mobility may be motivated by :

• The production of part of the thesis (or an internship) in a laboratory abroad;
• Access to training provided by an organisation outside the ED MIIS and the Normandy University CED;
• Travel related to the professional project (exhibition, interview, etc.)

To apply for funding the doctoral student should submit an application specifying and justifying the objective of the mobility, together with an estimated budget, indicating other sources of funding.
Applications are examined by the ED management.
After returning, a report should be submitted to the ED management on the mission, the training received, etc.
