Absences from training courses

Enrolment in a training course should be viewed as a firm commitment. If you are unable to attend, you must immediately notify the person in charge at your institution (see the DOCTORAL TRAINING page for your contact’s email address) so that someone on the waiting list can benefit from your withdrawal. Failure to comply with these rules of ‘good practice’ may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of mobility and training grants.
